Acabo de llegar a los 70. Esa meta que parecía imposible de alcanzar al final ha llegado. ¿Años de edad? No, para esos todavía me falta un tramo. Acabo de llegar al nivel 70 en #HIVE

Recuerdo que cuando empecé en #HIVE miraba siempre a aquellos usuarios que tenían un nivel igual o superior a 70 (en realidad creo que la palabra correcta no es nivel sino Reputación) porque eran los que recibían mejores recompensas. En mi imaginación siempre se agolpaba la ilusión de cuando podría llegar a ese nivel.

De a poco comencé a darme cuenta de que la subida era bastante rápida al inicio (es fácil pasar de 25 a 50, por ejemplo, un poco más lenta después de 50 a 60, y decididamente empinada de ahí para adelante. A un cierto punto llegar a los 70 parecía una quimera (como en la vida real, como suele decir un amigo mío cuando está en vena de hacer bromas).

I have just reached 70. That goal that seemed impossible to reach has finally arrived. Years of age? No, for those I still have a ways to go. I just reached level 70 in #HIVE.

I remember when I started in #HIVE I always looked at those users who had a level equal or higher than 70 (actually I think the correct word is not level but Reputation) because they were the ones who received the best rewards. In my imagination there was always the illusion of when I could reach that level.

Gradually I began to realize that the climb was quite fast at the beginning (it's easy to go from 25 to 50, for example, a little slower after 50 to 60, and decidedly steep from there on. At a certain point getting to 70 seemed like a pipe dream (just like in real life, as a friend of mine often says when he's in the vein of making jokes).

Obviamente, cometemos (casi) todos el mismo error: buscar las recompensas como objetivo final y no nos damos cuenta de que estas comienzan a llegar solas si nos concentramos en los contenidos y dejamos de pensar tanto en el dinero.

Comencé hace casi dos años, para decir la verdad, exactamente 23 meses, en junio de 2020, cuando #HIVE hacía sus primeros pasos desde que el 20 de marzo de 2020 -ese fecha casi histórica para todos nosotros- la bifurcación de la anterior plataforma había dado el nacimiento a uno de los proyectos de contenidos más novedosos, entusiasmantes y gratificantes de los últimos tiempos. Con Comunidades plenas de apoyo y entusiasmo, curadores, administradores y testigos que siguen marcando el camino con un afán, un entusiasmo y una dedicación dignos de mérito.

Como en toda actividad humana hay proyectos que prosperan, otros que se estancan y otros que directamente desaparecen (como desgraciadamente ha ocurrido con la Comunidad local de #Hive en mi país). Pero nuevos proyectos aparecen todos los días, integrando y abarcando sectores nuevos -para la plataforma- como los NFT, el gaming y muchos más. Ragnarok y Larynx son solo dos nuevos ejemplos de la potencialidad que tiene #HIVE y la fuerza que seguramente va a adquirir en el futuro.

Obviously, we (almost) all make the same mistake: looking for rewards as the ultimate goal and not realizing that they start to come on their own if we focus on content and stop thinking so much about money.

I started almost two years ago, to tell the truth, exactly 23 months, in June 2020, when #HIVE was making its first steps since March 20, 2020 - that almost historic date for all of us - the fork of the previous platform had given birth to one of the most novel, exciting and rewarding content projects of recent times. With communities full of support and enthusiasm, curators, administrators and witnesses who continue to lead the way with eagerness, enthusiasm and dedication worthy of merit.

As in any human activity there are projects that thrive, others that stagnate and others that directly disappear (as unfortunately has happened with the local #Hive Community in my country). But new projects appear every day, integrating and embracing new sectors -for the platform- such as NFT, gaming and many more. Ragnarok and Larynx are just two new examples of the potential that #HIVE has and the strength it will surely acquire in the future.

Cuando decimos que un proyecto tiene futuro, en cualquier ámbito, es porque confiamos en él. Y en #HIVE confiamos plenamente porque lo ha demostrado en sus poco más de dos años de vida.

A veces la diversidad de Comunidades hace que resulte difícil tomar una decisión. Si me permiten una sugerencia (decir un consejo sería demasiado pedante) les diría a los recién iniciados que no busquen necesariamente las comunidades que más pagan, seleccionen aquellas cuyos contenidos se integran con mayor armonía al tema que han elegido para desarrollar.

Y paciencia, mucha paciencia. #HIVE es una plataforma de futuro, o futurista, si queremos emplear un término que tiene una concepción muchas veces literaria o cinematográfica. En el sentido que al potenciarse cada día más, ya sea con nuestros contenidos, nuestros votos y nuestros comentarios, va a ir siempre en una línea ascendente que es alterada ni siquiera por las oscilaciones en el valor del token. Eso hace parte de las reglas del mercado y muchas veces se ve empujado -hacia arriba o hacia abajo- por los vaivenes del mercado genérico de las criptomonedas, todavía demasiado inestable porque es demasiado nuevo.

When we say that a project has a future, in any field, it is because we trust in it. And in #HIVE we have full confidence because it has demonstrated it in its little more than two years of life.

Sometimes the diversity of Communities makes it difficult to make a decision. If I may make a suggestion (to say a piece of advice would be too pedantic) I would say to newcomers that they should not necessarily look for the communities that pay the most, but select those whose contents integrate more harmoniously with the theme they have chosen to develop.

And patience, lots of patience. #HIVE is a platform of the future, or futuristic, if we want to use a term that often has a literary or cinematographic conception. In the sense that as it grows stronger every day, either with our content, our votes and our comments, it will always go in an ascending line that is not even altered by the oscillations in the value of the token. That is part of the rules of the market and is often pushed - up or down - by the ups and downs of the generic cryptocurrency market, which is still too unstable because it is too new.

Será necesaria una depuración en el mercado en el futuro y solo los activos digitales con un cierto valor agregado como #HIVE logrará evitar el naufragio, solo en ese momento la estabilidad y el constante crecimiento futuro pasarán a ser los elementos dominantes en la economía y las finanzas (obviamente descentralizadas) del futuro.

Hay poderes muy fuertes contra los cuales se debe luchar, interesados, creados por un sistema monetario internacional muy centralizado y monopólico que rechaza las criptomonedas como elemento integrante del mercado porque ellas significan libertad financiera para cada habitante del planeta. Como reza una leyenda debajo de la firma del referente de una Comunidad en la cual escribo con regularidad ¿Quieres tener tu propio blog y la libertad financiera que significa el mundo cripto?

Las criptomonedas están sufriendo un ataque que se manifiesta en muchos países del mundo a través de regulaciones, controles, aplicación de proyectos de futuros impuestos y otras medidas limitativas que tienen como único fin eliminar un competidor del mercado que en el futuro puede limitar y mucho sus ganancias. En su eterna avidez no se dan cuenta de que en el mundo hay lugar para todos. Y las criptomonedas están golpeando muchas puertas. Algunas se abren con un gesto de bienvenida, otras se cierran y otras se mantienen entreabiertas con la lógica duda de un sistema nuevo y para ellos desconocido.

A purification will be necessary in the market in the future and only digital assets with a certain added value like #HIVE will manage to avoid shipwreck, only then stability and constant future growth will become the dominant elements in the (obviously decentralized) economy and finance of the future.

There are very strong powers to fight against, interested parties, created by a very centralized and monopolistic international monetary system that rejects cryptocurrencies as an integral element of the market because they mean financial freedom for every inhabitant of the planet. As a caption below the signature of the referent of a Community in which I write regularly says **Want to have your own blog and the financial freedom that the crypto world means?

Cryptocurrencies are suffering an attack that manifests itself in many countries around the world through regulations, controls, application of future tax projects and other limiting measures that have the sole purpose of eliminating a competitor from the market that in the future can greatly limit their profits. In their eternal greed they do not realize that there is room for everyone in the world. And cryptocurrencies are knocking on many doors. Some open with a welcoming gesture, others close and others remain ajar with the logical doubt of a new and for them unknown system.

#HIVE ha sido pionera (o pionero, aquí tengo en duda si aplicar el masculino o el femenino) en su sector. Otras plataformas han imitado su camino sin lograr consolidarse. Tal vez porque, como su propia nombre lo indica, no somos ni más ni menos que una inmensa comunidad de pequeñas abejas en la cual todos, en mayor o menor medida, trabajamos. Ahí está el verdadero ejemplo y la enseñanza. Y el verdadero valor de esta plataforma cuya elección del nombre seguramente no ha sido obra de la casualidad.

Dejo para el final los versos de esa canción inmortal del gran Antonio Machado que tan bien llegó a interpretar Joan Manuel Serrat:

#HIVE has been a pioneer (or pioneer, here I am in doubt whether to apply the masculine or the feminine) in its sector. Other platforms have imitated its path without being able to consolidate. Perhaps because, as its name suggests, we are nothing more or less than a huge community of small bees in which we all, to a greater or lesser extent, work. Therein lies the true example and the teaching. And the true value of this platform whose name was surely not chosen by chance.
