Celebrating 20 years since the debut of the multi-award winning Italian motorcycle racer Milestone is developing the 2016 MotoGP World Championship based game incorporating a number of new features designed to provide a 360 degree experience for the player.

The game will allow you to experience the thrill of meeting some of the icons of world motorcycling and compete against them, reliving some of the most memorable battles, year after year, over 20 seasons.

El juego comienza como comienza la vida deportiva de la mayor parte de los pilotos de motociclismo, desde abajo, haciendo prácticas en academias y participando en categorías menores.

En este caso el inicio es la VR46 Academy donde Valentino Rossi se convierte en tu mentor para convertirte en un auténtico piloto de MotoGP, partiendo -como no podía ser de otra manera- de la categoría que hoy se llama Moto3 y que al inicio de la carrera de Valentino era simplemente conocida como 125 cc.

Asimismo el jugador podrá hacer prácticas de Rally en el MotoRanch de Rossi y participar en excitantes carreras de Flat Track. Solo después de haber superado las pruebas iniciales y demostrado que está en condicionar de guiar el piloto será admitido a participar en la categoría que ha elegido, escoger un equipo y competir contra los mejores pilotos empezando el viaje hacia el primer podio de la MotoGP.

El juego te permitirá experimentar la emoción de conocer a algunos iconos del motociclismo mundial y competir contra ellos, reviviendo algunas de las batallas más memorables, año tras año, a lo largo de 20 temporadas.

One part of the game is online -up to 12 players can compete- and another part can be played offline.

In the second we find the classic version of the game MotoGP Grand Prix Mode, MotoGP World Championship, Time Attack, Split Screen MotoGP or other variants of interest to the player.

The main difference with the previous MotoGP games is that Valentino Rossi The Game in addition to the features common to the traditional game offers players a series of content dedicated specifically to the Italian phenomenon winner of nine world championships and a whole series of additional content, in the form of extra modes dedicated to the activities of the multi-champion.

La diferencia principal con los juegos anteriores de MotoGP es que Valentino Rossi The Game además de las características comunes al tradicional juego ofrece a los jugadores una serie de contenidos dedicados específicamente al fenómeno italiano ganador de nueve mundiales y todauna serie de contenidos adicionales, bajo la forma de modos extra dedicados a las actividades del multicampeón.

When we start the game we are immediately in the VR46 Academy where we will have to find our virtual alter ego and start practicing on the famous MotoRanch circuit of Tavullia owned by Valentino Rossi. Once finished the practice races we can choose to pause or see the game menu.

Here we will find the career mode whose main objective will obviously be to win the MotoGP World Championship, but we will have to start from the lower categories facing a complete championship, for example, in Moto 3 (125 cc) the "smallest" category of all.

We can also, instead of facing a whole championship, enter the VR46 World and challenge the popular driver in a race of the Riders Academy or in the Monza Rally Show, going from two to four wheels facing special tests dedicated especially to drifiting (an automotive discipline more of skill than of speed, in which usually participate cars derived from road models and where competitors do not have to prove that they are faster than their rivals, but they are better at controlling the vehicle when the rear axle loses grip, respecting certain rules).

Also in the main menu we find the Rossi Experience where you can relive the most exciting events in the career of the champion in all categories he has participated, starting from the beginning in 125 cc to the latest events obtained. All this accompanied by the Rossipedia (a kind of motorcycle encyclopedia with definitions, details and anecdotes of the popular champion).

The online multiplayer mode allows us to challenge other players but it is important to emphasize that, in this case, we can only choose the bike because the pilot will be our virtual alter ego. For this reason it is advisable to practice a lot so that our alter ego is in the ideal technical conditions to challenge other rivals.

Al iniciar el juego nos encontramos inmediatamente en la VR46 Academy donde deberemos encontrar nuestro alter ego virtual y comenzar a practicar en el conocido circuito del MotoRanch de Tavullia propiedad de Valentino Rossi. Una vez terminadas las carreras de práctica podemos optar por hacer una pausa o ver el menú del juego.

Aquí encontraremos la modalidad carrera cuyo principal objetivo será obviamente ganar el Campeonato Mundial de MotoGP, pero deberemos partir de las categorías inferiores afrontando un campeonato completo, por ejemplo, en Moto 3 (125 cc) la categoría más "pequeña" de todas.

Podemos también, en vez de afrontar todo un campeonato, adentrando en el VR46 World y desafiar al popular piloto en una carrera de la Riders Academy o en el Monza Rally Show, pasando de dos a cuatro ruedas afrontando pruebas especiales dedicadas especialmente al drifiting (una disciplina automovilística más de habilidad que de velocidad, en la que suelen participar coches derivados de modelos de carretera y donde los competidores no tienen que demostrar que son más rápidos que sus rivales, sino que son mejores para controlar el vehículo cuando el eje trasero pierde adherencia, respetando ciertas reglas).

También en el menú principal encontramos las Rossi Experience donde se pueden revivir los eventos más emocionantes en la carrera del campeón en todas las categorías que ha participado, partiendo del inicio en 125 cc hasta los últimos sucesos obtenidos. Todo esto aocmpañado por la Rossipedia (una especie de enciclopedia motociclística con definiciones, detalles y anécdotas del popular campeón).

La modalidad multiplayer online nos permite desafiar otros jugadores pero es importante subrayar que, en este caso, solo podremos elegir la moto ya que el piloto será nuestro alter ego virtual. Por este motivo lo aconsejable es hacer bastantes prácticas para nuestro alter ego esté en las condiciones técnicas ideales para desafiar otros rivales.

VRPoints is the alternative to add points buying aesthetic elements for our alter ego as helmets, liveries and equipment in general for the bike and / or the pilot.

Si configuramos el nivel de IA más alto las varias competencias ofrecen un aceptable nivel de desafío especialmente para los jugadores más expertos.

Las posibilidades de personalizar el juego son numerosas y lo ideal es ir modificándolas de a poco para darle la posiblidad al jugador de compenetrarse con ellas y tratar de obtener el mayor beneficio posible. Por ejemplo testaear todas las motos antes de elegir la definitiva.

Para los principiantes hay numerosas ayudas para poder terminar las carreras arriba de la moto aunque los tiempos no sean los mejores. Lo ideal, como en toda carrera, es llegar a la bandera a cuadros. Para obtener buenos resultados es indispensable saber usar bien el sistema de control y para ello será necesaria algo de experiencia, que en este juego significa correr varias carreras, por ello lo ideal es iniciar a competir en un entero campeonato.

Subir al podio es una de las ambiciones prioritarias del juego para dar confianza al jugador y comenzar a sumar puntos importantes, pero también es necesaria una correcta dosis de paciencia.

Otra caracter1stica del juego y de la IA es que a medida que el jugador vaya obteniendo resultados favorables en pista el juego mismo nos indicará los trazados más ideales a nuestro modo de guiar, o a nuestro modo de doblar en curva, en circuitos mojados, etc.

VRPoints es la alternativa de sumar puntos comprando elementos estéticos para nuestro alter ego como cascos, libreas y equipamientos en general para la moto y/o el piloto.

Pros and cons / Pros y contras.

The game in general is pleasant and allows us to know some aspects of the history of the famous champion, no doubt for his fans is a must play.

El juego en líneas generales es agradable y nos permite conocer algunos aspectos de la historia del famoso campeón, sin dudas para sus fans es un juego obligatorio.

Entre los aspectos para destacar encontramos el audio, el muestreo de los diversos planos de las motos, la parte gráfica en general -aunque no excelente aprueba sin problemas el examen- y la reproducción de motos, pilotos, y otros elementos del equipamiento tal vez uno de sus puntos más fuertes.

Si debo señalar algunos defectos los encuentro en las locations poco detalladas y en el sistema de iluminación que no es de los mejores.
