Hello #hivers,

The introduction of the publication of video content on #HIVE is not a novelty.

In fact, there are several communities that have been promoting this type of content for some time now (to which I honestly still haven't quite adapted).

Maybe because in the back of my mind I associate video-multimedia content with programmes of a certain level, developed in the past years for different television channels, especially in the production of short films or documentaries of a certain relevance.

To now see a user putting on a face to say my name is @JohnSmith and repeating a screenshot taken from the internet doesn't seem the best to me.

Or, at least, in something I'm not capable of.

However, there are certain Communities that are remunerating very well this type of content and that makes more and more users turn to them?

Will I be one of them in the future? I see it difficult but in the meantime I will try to learn something of this new way of publishing content. And earn with them thanks to #HIVE.

Trying to do this learning I will try to understand some things.

Therefore I strongly beg all those who read the post and can make corrections to do it sincerely so that everyone (and especially me) can learn something more.

La introducción de la publicación de los contenidos en videos en #HIVE no es una novedad.

De hecho hay varias comunidades que desde hace tiempo vienen promocionando este tipo de contenidos (al cual yo honestamente todavía no me he terminado de adaptar).

Tal vez porque en lo más recóndito de mi mente asocio vidros-contenidos multimediales a las programas de un cierto nivel, desarrolladas en años pasados para distintas cadenas televisivas, especialmente en la producción de cortometrajes o doicumentales de cierta relevancia.

Ver ahora a un usuario que pone la cara para decir me llamo @JohnSmith y repetir una captura de pantalla tomada de Internet no me parece lo mejor.

O, al menos, en algo que yo no capaz de hacerlo.

Sin embargo hay ciertas Comunidades que está remunerando muy bien este tipo de contenidos y eso hace que cada vez más usuarios se vuelquen a ellos?

Seré yo uno de ellos en el futuro? Lo veo difícil pero mientras tanto voy tratand de aprender algo de esta nueva manera de publicar contenidos. Y ganar con ellos gracias a #HIVE.

Tratando de hacer este aprendizaje trataré de entender algunas cosas.

Por lo tanto ruego encarecidamente a todos aquellos que lean el post y puedan efectuar correcciones que lo hagan sinceramente para que todos (y especialmente yo) podamos ir aprendiendo algo más.

The platforms for posting videos. / Las plataformas para publicar videos.

It is clear that the preferred platform for posting videos is 3Speak.

There are many reasons, I believe, to promote the use of 3speak as a video platform on the Hive blockchain, especially because there is no censorship, except that limited to good manners and customs.

However, unlike other platforms such as YouTube, to cite the main exponent as far as videos are concerned, it does not have an embed code that allows us to embed only the video in the body of the post we are writing, for example in PeakD.

What we can do is load the video in 3Speak, write the whole article in its frontend and select the community where to publish it.

I have the impression, and here I would like to have confirmation from some administrators, that if I upload a YouTube video I don't know if I will be muted but I will certainly not be voted.

Another platform is YouTube, about which there is no need to comment, for and against.

It has the advantage of being able to incorporate each video autonomously in the place of the post where we want it and integrate it with any other type of content.

DTube seemed to me to be a good alternative at the beginning, although I saw that it had a special predisposition for short videos.

For larger videos it was preferable to upload them from another platform, usually YouTube, although this goes to some extent against the goal of a platform independent of the big "G".

Also, in this case, I could see that there was no censorship, although the content was not of excellent quality either.

There are other video platforms that I have used quite irregularly in the past such as Vimeo which has more than 100 million unique visitors per month and a remarkable quality of content; DailyMotion with more than 300 million worldwide and a viewership exceeding four million videos per month even supporting 4K videos; Twitch with its latest modifications that have allowed it to stop being just a platform for gaming and many more.

However, I don't see any of these on #HIVE.

It would be interesting to know to what extent there is not a clash of interests in using one or the other platform.

It is also worth noting that, within the total autonomy that exists in #HIVE, each Community is free to establish its own rules.

And what is authorised by one can be forbidden by another. It's not nice to see a post muted for lack of information.

So far everything seems to be heading towards 3Speak's side.

I think that promoting your own travel videos and the like would be an excellent alternative, taking advantage of the potential offered by #HIVE, with so much music and voice-over.

However, in all the specific communities in which I see posts of this type published (and in which I participate quite regularly) I see very few videos published.

Maybe soon we will start to see numerous travel and nature documentaries on #HIVE in video format. Anything is possible. Don't you think so?

Es evidente que la plataforma preferida para publicar videos en #HIVE es 3Speak

Hay muchos motivos creo para promocionar el uso de 3speak una plataforma de vídeos en la blockchain Hive, especialmente porque no hay censura, salvo la limitada a los buenos usos y costumbres.

Sin embargo a diferencia de otras plataformas como YouTube, por citar el exponente principal en lo que a videos se refiere, no tiene un código del tipo copia código para su incorporación que nos permite incorporar solamente el video en el cuerto del post que estamos escribiendo por ejemplo en PeakD.

Lo que si podemos hacer es cargar el video en 3Speak, escribir el entero artículo en su frontend y seleccionar la comunidad donde publicarlo.

Tengo la impresión, y aquí quisiera tener la confirmación de algunos administradores, que si meto un video de YouTube no se si soy muteado pero seguramente no seré votado.

Otra plataforma es YouTube de la cuál huelgan los comentarios, a favor y en contra.

Tiene la ventaja de poder incorporar autónomamente cada video en el lugar del post que lo deseamos e integrarlo con cualquier otro tipo de contenido.

DTube me parecía al inicio una buena alternativa, aunque vi que tenía una predisposición especial por lo videos cortos.

En los videos más grandes era preferible cargarlos desde otra plataforma, generalmente YouTube, aunque esto va en cierta medida contra el objetivo de una plataforma independiente de la gran "G".

También, en este caso, pude comprobar que no había censura, aunque tampoco los contenidos eran de una calidad excelsa.

Hay otras plataformas de videos que he usado con bastante irregularidad en el pasado como Vimeo que tiene más de 100 millones de visitantes únicos al mes y con una notable calidad en los contenidos; DailyMotion con más de 300 millones en todo el mundo y una visualizacique excede los cuatro millones de videos al mes soportando incluso videos de 4K; Twitch con sus últimas modificaciones que le han permitido dejar de ser solo una plataforma para los juegos y muchas más.

Sin embargo no veo ninguna de éstas en #HIVE.

Sería interesante saber hasta que punto no hay una contraposición de intereses en usar una y otra plataforma.

Como asimismo es de destacar que, dentro de la total autonomía que existe en #HIVE, cada Comunidad es libre de establecer sus propias reglas.

Y lo que es autorizado por una puede ser prohibido por otra. No es lindo verse muteado un post por falta de información

Hasta ahora todo parecería encaminarse hacia el lado de 3Speak.

Creo que potenciar videos propios de viajes y similares sería una excelente alternativa aprovechando la potencialidad que ofrece #HIVE, con tanto de música y locución.

Sin embargo en todas las Comunidades específicas en las que veo publicados post de este tipo (y en las que participo con bastante asiduidad) veo muy pocos videos publicados.

Tal vez dentro de pronto comencemos a ver numerosos documentales de viajes y naturaleza en #HIVE en formato video. Todo es posible. No les parece?
